After years dedicated to market gardening, this visionary couple chose to devote themselves to olive growing, giving birth to a project that combines respect for the land, artisanal know-how and the quest for excellence. Our 8 hectares of olive groves flourish in the Pays d'Arles, a region blessed with a Mediterranean climate ideal for growing olives.
Domaine Vey's 1,300 olive trees benefit from generous sunshine and rich limestone soils, giving our olives exceptional organoleptic characteristics.
