Domaine viticole Pied Faucon

Our "PIED FAUCON" winery and shop are located in Mazan, a small Provençal village at the foot of Mont Ventoux. Ten hectares of vines flourish between the mistral wind and the sun in the heart of our 25-hectare estate, which blends vineyards, olive groves, and almond trees.

Winegrowers for five generations, we produce various red wines under the "Ventoux" and "Côtes du Rhône" appellations on our main estate in Mazan.
Further north, in the commune of Beaumes de Venise, we produce a Cru Beaumes de Venise and a Muscat Beaumes de Venise (a naturally sweet wine).

Also, we have been artisan millers since 2007, planting 10,000 olive trees around our shop. And a new horizon opened up for us in 2021: 3,200 almond trees were planted.

Committed to environmental protection, our mill is equipped with modern machinery that allows us to produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil while conserving energy and ensuring complete waste recycling.
The Olive Mill is open to individuals and professionals for olive drop-off from late October to mid-December by appointment at +33 4 90 69 82 02.

We also organize tours of the farm and the mill every Thursday morning from June 18th to September 17th, 2026, by appointment at +33 4 90 69 82 02.

Since 2020, our estate has been certified HVE (High Environmental Value).

Throughout the year, we offer handcrafted products in our shop, reflecting our Provençal terroir: estate products including AOP wines, olive oil, and almonds. You will also find cosmetics, handcrafted soaps, perfumes, home decor, handcrafted wrought ironwork created on the estate, honey, spreads, vinegar, jams, and nougat.
