These farms (on the French-Italian border: at Libre, in the hamlet of Breil, and above Ventimiglia Alta) are working in synergy on a sustainable cross-border project: edible flowers, aromatic plants and garden creation.
These farms pay close attention to sustainability and practise sustainable agriculture: crops are grown without pesticides, in greenhouses, on natural organic soil.
