Production of dairy heifer and lamb meat.
Welcome to the GAEC des 4 Vents, our farm consists of a first part producing dairy heifers for Savoie and a second part producing lamb meat directly. Direct sales of lamb (ONLY BY RESERVATION) take place around once a month in January, February, March, April, May and June. Knees are sold live to breeders in Savoie and Hautes Savoie at our traditional Foire du Chazelet on the last Saturday in August.
