The Fruits d’avenir association produces during autumn fruit juices made from neglected fruit trees around Digne-les-Bains.
"The tool used to produce this juice is a mobile workshop (on trailer) which roams around the region to take part in village fairs and activities to process individuals’ and farmers’ fruits into delicious pasteurised juice.
The sale is done directly at the workshop on Wednesday from 9am to 1pm as well as at the market of Aiglun on Tuesday afternoon all year round and at other local markets during summer."
