Located at Sous la Roche in Montclar, we are two workers, brother and sister, at the farm.

With our cereals, we only produce high gluten flour or whole wheat flour and einkorn wheat flour, certified organic farming. These flours are packed in bags of 1, 2, 5 or 25kg, that you will find mainly in our local shops: maison de pays de Digne and Jausiers, L’Étal des Paysans in Peipin, Label Ferme in Manosque, L’Étal des Trois Vallées and Episol Digna in Digne, Le Panier Fleuri in Tallard, La Ferme aux Saveurs in Montclar and Autramen in Seyne. Local bakers also offer you bread made with our flour: Barlapain in Auzet and the Saint Vincent les Forts bakery. La Réserve de l’Ecureuil in Jausiers will offer you biscuits.
We produce fodder, grain and fattened heifers, marketed under the brand name Pâtur’Alp.
