As the Merino ewe is a hardy breed, the breeders have opted for extensive rearing, making the most of the unexploited resources in their immediate environment.
Our flock grazes outdoors all year round, following the growth of the grass. Hills, meadows, fallow land and the high alpine pastures of Isère during the summer season give our lamb a delicate, incomparable flavor.
