The mill is located in a modern and well equipped room, which allows us to produce olive oil of excellent quality.
This oil, very appreciated by the customers, has won many awards in regional and national competitions.
The harvesting of the olives and the production of the oil is carried out from mid-November to the end of January following the following principles:
- Thinning out the leaves of the olives
- Washing of the olives
- Crushing of the olives by mechanical mill or stone grinder
- Kneading of the paste obtained from the olive
- Pressing of the olive paste by cold extraction, to obtain the olive juice which is composed of oil and vegetable water.
- Vertical centrifugation separates the oil from the vegetable water to obtain extra virgin olive oil.
For your purchases, a store is open from April 1st to September 30th or directly on their website.
The Oil Mill is generally open for the crushing of olives for professionals and private individuals between the months of November and January of each year.
Olive reception every day (except Sundays and holidays) from 8:00 am to 12:00 am and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
There is no minimum contribution, from 250 kg, the batches are individual, with or without appointment.
The mill is approved for the crushing of olives in AOC PROVENCE and ORGANIC.
