Artisanal bakery and pastry shop located on the outskirts of town.

Hat's (which means bread in Armenian) makes all its products in the purest bakery tradition. Organic flours are made from regional wheat, and all breads are made with organic sourdough.
The artisan pastries are made without artificial flavoring or coloring, and the pure-butter viennoiseries are made in the bakery's own bakehouse.

Its slogan: “Quality craftsmanship”.

Two other shops are located in the city centre of Aix-en-Provence.
