I'm delighted to welcome you to my snail farm. I raise, process and market my snails.
Open Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 12pm / 3pm to 6pm. Saturday from 9h to 12h
The Dominette snail farm is located in a rural area between the Maures and the Iles d'Or, in the commune of Le Pradet, in the Var.
It's an area where snail farmers rub shoulders with horticulturists, beekeepers, winegrowers, saffron growers and many others... all for the pleasure of the senses!
Heliciculture is the breeding of edible snails, of which only the Helix Aspersa species (gros gris and petit gris) can be profitably raised. It takes place entirely outdoors, in parks.
In our region, snail farming begins in April and ends in October, when the processing begins to bring you the very best snails!
I invite you to come and see me from June to September for a guided tour of an extraordinary snail farm!

Direct sales on the farm from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday. (annual closure in January)
Home delivery in the afternoons => free delivery in the commune of Le Pradet.
