Perched in the mountains, Dorothée has turned her passion into a profession. She is keen to rediscover the taste of good old-fashioned produce, and selects ancient breeds that she feeds with organic cereals and vegetables. Based at the foot of the village of Ascros, the farmer also produces fruit and vegetables. Delicatessen and processed products round out the tempting attractions of the visit.
