Since 2019, Gilles and Sue Ellen have created Ferme des Bichoux. They raise Esprit Parc-labeled lamb and free-range pigs. Charcuteries, meats and ready-to-eat dishes from family recipes are processed directly on the farm.

    A guarantee of quality for this farming couple, who prepare and process meat directly on their farm. Gilles and Sue Ellen keep the family recipes alive, producing excellent charcuterie, meats and ready-made meals. Farmhouse products that have earned a fine reputation at the Saint-Bonnet local farmers' market...
    During the season, the farm opens its doors on Saturdays, giving you the chance to find out more about the farming activity and stock up on supplies.
