Made in Arles by Cécilia Not, the Galette arlésienne is made with olive oil from the Chabert family of the Grand Mas du Roy in Saliers, mel and almonds from Mouriès. It is on sale on Saturday mornings at the market and exclusively at the Maison Soulier, place de la République.
