Pascale and Rory set up a micro-brewery in the Toulourenc Valley in Brantes in spring 2017. Their organic, 100% Ventoux beers are made by hand, from brewing to bottling, using village spring water.

A woman, a man, a friendship. Pascale the Frenchwoman and Rory the Englishman, both Brantais by adoption, have long been inspired by the beauty, tenderness and uniqueness of the Toulourenc Valley. So it was only natural that they should express their talent by paying tribute to it.
They invented Géante: a demanding, original, organic beer, blending the finest Rhône-Alpes malts and hops from across the Channel with the pure, delicious water of Font Nouvelle, the local thousand-year-old spring.
