Yves and José cultive vines (Syrah and Grenache) and olive trees in organic agriculture on their estate of Moulin des Gypses. On site a direct selling shop for local produce.
Yves and José cultivate a little more than 3 hectares of olive trees, adjacent to the estate, of which the variety is Verdale de Carpentras (Aglandau) and Grossanne. Two varieties of oil are offered for sale: fruity green and fruity black.
They also cultivate 3.7 hectares of vines, planted with Syrah and Grenache in the Ventoux PDO, and certified organic since 2018.
Once harvested, our grapes are sent to the TerraVentoux cooperative, which vinifies our wine separately in the new biodynamic cellar...
