Beuil, at 1500 m altitude. Where the mountains overlook the Cians valley, where marmots whistle freely and wild flowers punctuate the seasons, Pascal Thiery has set up his 250 beehives.
Thanks to the botanical diversity of this Mercantour region, he has been producing aromatic honeys that reflect the terroir for over 20 years. Heather, thyme, bramble and savory honeys, all these shades of gold and brown can be found on market stalls or at the honey house in Les Launes, alongside other gourmet products.
A member of the Mercantour Ecotourism network and recognized by the Esprit Parc brand, this passionate beekeeper adds an educational dimension to his involvement by offering a discovery of this rich universe every summer.
