Le Serre des Mourres Sabon de Rocheville was created in 2013. Mylène Rocheville, the daughter of Bernard Sabon, works on just under 9 hectares of vines in the commune of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Part of her estate is in Bollène, where there is also a newly planted olive grove of 4.5 hectares.
