As beekeepers, Yasmina and Alexandre are committed to gentle beekeeping that respects bees.

Farm products: All-flower honey, lavender and lavandin, forest honey, chestnut honey, alfalfa honey, sunflower honey, mountain honey, creamy honey.

Lovers of bees, they transhume according to the seasons and blossoms in three regional nature parks. The locations of the hives are carefully chosen for their nectar and pollen resources, but also for the quality of the environment. The honey is extracted cold, filtered and nothing is added.

An old-fashioned name tinged with regionalism, the avettes of Giono and other writers have always magnified the primordial role of these precious hymenopterans. Yasmina and Alexandre are among the living artists who help preserve the fragile world of bees.
They work daily and passionately to protect the environment of their hives and ensure the well-being of their workers, with the greatest respect for their natural activity.
Les Avettes du Ventoux produce fragrant honeys that vary according to the transhumance. These honeys are recognized for their quality, and are used to make a number of local confectionery products, including white nougat, a pure delight!
