Guy, the excellent head sommelier, is a man who is passionate about his work, and loves to tell stories, share and transmit his skills.
He is a treasure-trove of information about Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and he will, of course, introduce you to a selection of the major estates and châteaux, while respecting the tastes and sensations of each individual.
