Artisanal production of jams, compotes, syrups, crushed fruits and vinegars.
Their jams are made with fruit and sugar without any added colourings or chemicals.
The entire production process takes place in copper pots in their laboratory in La Farlède, using fruit and vegetables sourced from local farmers.
They work in collaboration with producers in Solliès-Pont such as ‘La CopsolFruit’ and ‘Chez Simon’, as well as in Hyères with ‘La Ferme de l'Almanarre’ and ‘La Pépinière Valbray’.
Their products are available in a few grocery stores such as ‘Le Petit Biscuitier’ in Toulon and a few bakeries such as the Texier at La Valette, La Crau, and Hyères bakeries.
