We transform for the producers, in order to let them offer transformed products of their fruits and vegetables to their customers.
The jams are made with fruits and sugar without adding any colouring or chemical substances. All the manufacturing is done in copper cauldrons in our laboratory in La Farlède with fruits and vegetables coming from local farmers. These products are sold on the markets and in the following grocery stores : Le Petit Biscuitier àinToulon / Figurez-vous in Sollies Pont / Ô Détour Provençal in Sanary-sur-Mer) and bakeries (Boulangerie Texier La Valette, La Crau, Hyères) and also on the markets.
