Cultivation of organic aromatic plants (saffron, roses, verbena, mint, etc.) and creation of processed plant-based products (syrups, jellies, jams, jars, etc.).
A saffron grower since 2009, his farm has been certified organic since 2016. It's located in Monteux, in the Vaucluse region, on a 0.5-hectare plot, surrounded by the family's animals and set in a Natura 2000 zone.
Here, SAFRAN is grown by hand from A to Z: bulb planting (July/August), harvesting (November, flowers picked every morning) and pruning (pistils separated from freshly picked flowers).
The pistils are then dried under controlled temperatures to preserve all their aromas and benefits.
In addition, 300m2 of rose bushes were planted in October, with a view to producing rose-based food preparations.
