My jams are all made at 1,800 metres above sea level, in the Mercantour National Park, near Col de la Cayolle mountain pass, in Bayasse.
- A story about flower preserves, jams and nature... It all began on the Bellon farm in Gaillard, where Béatrice settled with her family. It was here, in this unspoilt part of the Mercantour National Park, that she created Gaillardises de l'Ubaye: a collection of delicacies inspired by the mountains. A waltz of unexpected flavors invades the market stalls and delights the palate. Confits of poppies, primroses, genepi, dandelions or larch buds, thyme jelly and other unusual experiences... All the subtle, wild tastes of the valley are captured in Béatrice's colorful pots. An astonishing range of flavors, whose quality and originality have made them a resounding success.
