Les Herbes Folles offers sweet and savory artisanal preserves, made on a small scale, in season, and stamped by the Esprit Parc National Mercantour brand.

Les Herbes Folles transform and enhance, in jars, products from locally harvested herbaceous plants and fruits growing in the wild, as well as vegetables from organic crops. These creations are enhanced with organic and fair trade raw materials, in a responsible approach. Les Herbes Folles are located in Roure, in the Tinée Valley, in the heart of the Mercantour National Park.

Les Herbes folles is more than just a plant-based canning factory - it's a life project! Passionately committed to preserving the environment, Charlaine makes inventive gourmet products from her wild pickings or unsold organic fruit and vegetables. Her aim? To combat food waste, promote local resources and encourage short supply chains.
Rosemary, thyme or lavender confits, herb and flower syrups, "ortillade", herbal salts... This committed craftswoman blends old recipes and inventions, creating an unusual range of preparations in the image of the terroir. A delicious way to get a taste for this little corner of the Vallée de la Tinée.
