Anne makes mountain jams (blueberry, raspberry), wild berry jams (barberry, sea buckthorn, rosehip) and jams and syrups made from old-fashioned rose petals.
- Part farm, part botanical park, the Jardins des Hautes Terres is a production site, a protected area and an enchanting place to visit in summer.
At an altitude of 1450 m, in the sunny Champsaur valley, Anne Robichon is dedicated to Alpine perennials, aromatic, tinctorial and food plants, and roses. Her rose garden, which she cultivates using animal traction and without synthetic fertilizers or chemical treatments, boasts 500 roses and 150 varieties. She puts all her wild and cultivated plants to good use! Confit de roses anciennes, gelée de pissenlits and other fruit, berry and flower jams are on sale at the Saint-Bonnet and Orcières markets.
