Organic fresh vegetables sold every wednesday morning in Aups
(from June to November) and in Payzaou (Aups). You can also order a basket of vegetables in Sillans-la-Casade.

I grow up vegetables here since 2021 on small space (1.28 ha to maintain and 6000m2 to till) with few mecanics.

We favourish support between farmers here where there are also sheep breeders, chicken breeder and goat breeders.

It's important for me that my vegetables are qualitatives and fresh. I take care of them.

I mix and experiment several production technics to develop biodiversity on my farm and fin a personnal balance.
