Les Loups d'Or is an artisanal aquaculture farm located in the open sea of Tamaris Bay, in La Seyne-sur-Mer. Founded in 2021 by Jérémy Vantouroux, it raises sea bass, sea bream and meagre in the open sea, aiming for exceptional quality.

Les Loups d'Or - Artisanal fish farm in Tamaris Bay Located in the heart of Tamaris Bay, in La Seyne-sur-Mer on the Var coast, Les Loups d'Or is an artisanal aquaculture farm founded by Jérémy Vantouroux. Born of a deep passion for the sea and marine ecosystems, the farm raises top-quality fish in a naturally preserved environment. Located in the open sea, the breeding facilities benefit from the currents and natural richness of the Mediterranean. The fish - mainly sea bass, sea bream and meagre - grow in conditions close to their natural environment. They grow slowly, over two to three years, to guarantee firm, flavorful flesh of a quality comparable to that of wild fish. At Les Loups d'Or, we take a responsible, human-scale approach to production. The fish are raised without antibiotics, fed a rigorously selected diet and fished only on demand, to ensure optimum freshness. A farm in evolution: In 2025, the farm took a new step in its development by diversifying into oyster farming. A new marine concession was obtained to launch production of oysters grown in suspension on ropes, a method that produces naturally well-formed, fleshy oysters of exceptional taste quality. This environmentally-friendly farming method, perfectly adapted to the waters of Tamaris Bay, allows the oysters to develop at the natural rhythm of the sea, in constant contact with nutrient-rich currents. At the same time, Les Loups d'Or is expanding its onshore presence with the creation of a farmhouse dedicated to direct sales. This will enable individuals to discover and buy the farm's products directly from the producer: fish from the bay, oysters and seafood from the farm. Local and responsible aquaculture Production is deliberately limited, enabling us to maintain a high standard of quality and careful monitoring of every stage of the farming process. The products are then sold directly to restaurants, fishmongers and private individuals in the region. Les Loups d'Or embodies a young, modern vision of aquaculture: respectful of the sea, artisanal in production and demanding in product quality.
