If you're in Provence, stop off in Pourcieux, a small village at the foot of the Monts Auréliens, where vines have been cultivated with passion for centuries.
Created in 1912, the Vignerons du Baou winery will be delighted to welcome you. You'll enjoy a wide range of red, white and especially rosé wines, our specialty.
Vins de pays du Var, AOP Côtes de Provence and, since 2004, our new appellation: "Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire", the flagship of our production, are all available.
Baou or bau comes from the Provencal baus pronounced "baou" with a tonic accent on the "a", meaning plumb, cliff or rocky escarpment.
The winery covers 380 hectares and has 29 members.
We are members of the Provence wine route.
