L'Olibaou is above all a love story between a man and wine.
You may not realize it, but the estate was created from scratch, because before there was only scrubland and nothing around!
In February 2003, after years of searching for the ideal location, Henri Doglione fell head over heels in love with the land of Venelle, and was finally able to realize his childhood dream of producing his own wine.
A few months later, Monsieur Doglione called on Dominique Soriano to help him set up the winery and share his know-how with him. And since then, these two have never left each other!
From the cultivation of the trees to the processing of the fruit, all the products offered by the Domaine de l'Olibaou are certified organic. As a further guarantee of quality, the harvest is carried out by hand, in the purest olive-growing and wine-making tradition, ensuring meticulous selection of the grapes used.
