auOpposite the Alpilles, the herdsmen of the 'Des Orgonens' herd, who work with the Camarge bulls and horses everyday, organise wonderful festivities related to their work: procession of herdsmen and Arlésiennes, traditional Camargue games, procession of 'roussataïre' mares and foals, abrivado (bull procession), encierro (release of the bulls) and bull-fighting activities with calves.
