Hubert and Françoise Yonnet invite you to share their passion for the land of Camargue and to discover their work as 'manadiers' (herders). The Yonnet family has been breeding fighting bulls and Camargue horses on 2,000 ha of saline scrubland and marshland for five generations. At the 15th century Mas de la Bélugue, in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Camargue, near Lake Vaccarès, you will always receive an authentic Camargue welcome. While François lovingly prepares his special dishes, Hubert, a man of tradition, will satisfy your curiosity by talking about his twin passions of Camargue and animal breeding.
