"Organic and local, that's the ideal" is the motto of Fabien Dumont, a committed market gardener and fervent defender of quality and short circuits. His aim is to "produce little, well and beautifully". And he succeeds! And he's been recognized for it by the Collège Culinaire de France.
Every Wednesday and Saturday in summer, you'll find him behind his stall at the Saint-Rémy-de-Provence market. Amid the hustle and bustle and the colors, he takes his time, chatting with his customers. From November to March, he sells his products from his farm on the road to Arles, at the foot of the Alpilles mountains. With its fruit trees, olive groves, open fields and 1,800 m² of greenhouses, this garden of delights hides an unsuspected diversity of fruit and vegetables.
