Family wine and rice estate in organic farming. The Michel family will be happy to welcome you to the heart of the Camargue to introduce you to their wines (red, white and rosé) and their rice (especially black and red).

Valériole is a family story, that of the MICHEL family who settled there at the end of the 1950s and who are still as attached to it today as ever, three generations later. Patrick and Maxime Michel, father and son, are the winemakers of the estate: they work their 32ha of vines with passion, rigour and dedication. Their work gives birth to wines with diverse profiles in the three colours but which are all, without exception, fresh and drinkable: wines of pleasure, whether they are aged or not, wines that we like, and above all, that we like to share.

A winegrowing estate in the heart of the Camargue Regional Nature Park, Le Mas de Valériole produces wines in all 3 colors, as well as several varieties of organically grown rice.
The different IGP Pays des Bouches-du-Rhône - Terre de Camargue cuvées have a personality that reflects the terroir. The beautiful colors of the reds, the golden hues of the whites and the pale rosés are all promises of fine gastronomic combinations and moments of friendship.
Absolute respect for the environment and the care given to the vines are priorities for the Michel family, who have looked after this vineyard for generations. The "esprit de terroir et l'esprit de famille" (terroir and family spirit) that governs the estate is, in a way, the motto that sustains its prosperity.
