Except for a small parcel of land devoted to Syrah, adjoining the Châteauneuf-du-Pape cellar in the village, the vineyard extends to the south of the appellation, to hamlets with typical local names: “Crousroute” and “La Lionne”, close by a former loop in the River Rhone, called the Bras des Armeniers, and today reserved for fishing.
