Mas Sainte Berthe is a family-run business founded in 1950 and managed since 2020 by Olivier Rolland, the founder's grandson. With 40 hectares of vines and 10 hectares of olive trees, all certified organic, the estate produces 8 AOP or IGP wines.

At the foot of the rock, on the south-facing slope of the Château des Baux-de-Provence, the 40 hectares of grape vines and 10 hectares of olive trees of Mas Sainte Berthe are planted among scrubland and cypress in stony, sunny soil, often buffeted by the Mistral wind.
