The honey farm offers mountain honey, lavender honey, acacia honey, chestnut honey and other flavours, as well as a range of propolis products. They are produced using traditional methods that respect the black bee by François, a passionate beekeeper.

Our honeys are extracted manually, without any additives, pasteurisation or temperature increase. Similarly, our range of propolis is sourced from the harvesting of top-quality propolis on grids. Each product is declared and certified as a food supplement by the Directorate-General for Food.

Available for purchase at the Serres & Orpierre tourist office, at the Saturday morning market in Serres and other local shops, as well as at the honey farm by appointment.
