For generations, the CHIRON family has worked the land in the local tradition of sustainable arboriculture, on this hillside estate. Their jams are made according to traditional methods, using fresh fruit picked when ripe. Enjoy jams and jellies made from cherries, strawberries, figs, apricots, lemons.... and 100% natural quince paste. Present at many of the region's markets and fairs. At the Miramas market on Thursday mornings.
