Welcome to Moulin de la Coquille, your artisan olive oil producer located in the heart of the magnificent Vallée des Baux, between Fontvieille and Les Baux-de-Provence. On our family estate, we passionately cultivate five varieties of olives: Aglandau, Grossane, Salonenque, Verdale and Picholine, which are processed within 24 hours of harvesting to produce extra virgin olive oil with a fruity green taste.
In addition to our olive oils, we are proud to offer a range of soaps and confectionery, all made using traditional, environmentally friendly methods. Our products reflect our commitment to quality, nature and authenticity.
