Since 1930, the olive oil cooperative has been known throughout the region for its table olives, starting with the one that bears its name: the Belgentiéroise.
If this fleshy fruit is still the joy of Provençal aperitifs, the production has since been enriched by the Lucques, Picholine and Grossane varieties. The cooperative has expanded its range by pressing its own oils in the 1950s. An activity, which, thanks to the vogue of local products in general and olive oil in particular, is currently experiencing a rare dynamism. Nearly 500 cooperative members benefit from modern work tools, and necessary equipment to further improve the quality of their nectars. A qualitative leap highlighted by the AOC Provence. Sale and production of olive oil, table olives, olive paste, “tapenade” and regional products. The shop is open all year round (opening hours vary according to the season, check the cooperative's website).
