Founded in 1984 in Sainte-Maxime, in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, our artisan cookie factory was born of a passion for simple, gourmet and authentic recipes. Since then, it has been passed on with the same love of the trade and respect for tradition. Recently taken over by Romain PALAZZI to write a new page in its history, the workshop has been set up in Six-Fours-les-Plages. Faithful to our artisan and family roots, we perpetuate this unique know-how while developing new ranges and flavors to appeal to both private and professional customers. Our cookies are made from local flours, carefully selected French raw materials and natural flavors from the Grasse region. Free from preservatives and palm oil, they reflect a sincere and authentic gourmet taste.
