The pâtisserie and chocolaterie, which has been located on the Cours Carnot for ten years, is a small, family-run business producing many home-made specialities. Firstly, a wide range of gâteaux, with some ten home-made creations which change depending on the season. Then, several chocolate specialities:
The chocolate journey: a range of 24 chocolates, each bearing the name of a country and with a flavour relating to this country. The Pavé du Cours Carnot:
a crunchy dark praline covered in dark chocolate and milk chocolate and the latest in-house creation, the Flocon de Provence.
A speculoos praline with a Châteaurenard fruit compote, all covered in dark chocolate (from November to February)
Frédéric Hawecker received the title of Best Chocolate and Confectionery Worker in France in May 2011,
The entire team will be pleased to welcome you in their fully renovated shop from July 2012.
You will also find macaroons, financier cakes, jams, nougats and marshmallows, all home-made. We create layer cakes for all occasions.
