Heir to the family vocation, Guillaume launched into olive growing in 2012. He quickly diversified his resources by developing a significant organic market-gardening activity.
Today, he cultivates his 4 hectares with the utmost respect for the environment, producing almost 80 tonnes a year! No fewer than 80 varieties of fruit and vegetables are grown here, and the stalls vary in color with the seasons.
The boutique is a fine showcase for this rich diversity. In addition to the range of fresh, tasty produce, there are some nice surprises in the processed products...
