As an independent, creative nanobrewery, our aim is to develop and create original, high-quality products. Made with natural local ingredients, we offer beers rich in character that represent both the Hautes-Alpes region, where we are based, and our Quebec origins.
Our recipes vary according to the season, the harvest and meetings with other epicureans. They are produced in small batches to preserve their traditional character, all through a circular economy and a commitment to the environment.
