When it all began, Nicolas Berger was as tall as 3 apples! The family business he runs today is over 50 years old, but has never stopped evolving and improving. Entirely devoted to growing this crunchy, fragrant fruit, Fricafruit is now fully converted to organic farming and grows no fewer than 10 varieties. Akane, Golden, Gala, Juliet... from August to March, a veritable waltz of colors and flavors takes place on the Althen-des-Paluds coast. Several ranges of processed products are produced from these harvests. Here, we love apples in all their forms!
