At Provence Gourmande, the artisans make artisanal products all year round, entirely by hand: jams cooked in cauldrons, chestnut creams prepared in the workshop, syrups from Provence, and many other specialities.
Particular attention is paid to the selection of fruit, all of which comes from local produce such as strawberries from La Londe or figs from Solliès. Every stage, including sorting, cutting, cooking, potting and labelling, is carried out by hand, without the use of machines, to guarantee impeccable quality and an authentic taste.
The products are available in the shop and are also offered to accommodation providers, making them ideal for adding to guests' breakfasts.
