Professional producer of AB labeled honey, my beekeeping operation is on a human scale and all the honey sold is harvested and potted by me in Manosque. The bees, treated with the greatest respect, forage in Provence in the hills of the Luberon, on the Valensole plateau or in the mountains of Haut-Verdon. Buying “Ruches et Collines” honey means buying honey produced in the Alpes de Haute-Provence (France) in a preserved environment. Depending on the season, lavender (IGP Provence and label rouge), garrigue (IGP Provence), forest (IGP Provence) or mountain honeys are liquid or creamy. This year 2024, my red label lavender honey was awarded the Gold medal in the Brignoles honey competition.
