Our brand is the result of a family project, rooted in the heart of the Nice countryside, where the land passed down by our ancestors is a precious, vibrant, and respected asset. Committed to the environment, the quality of our products, and the maintenance of local agriculture, La Josephine adopts a sustainable and diversified production approach. We are certified Organic Agriculture (AB) for all of our production. Our olive oil products also benefit from the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Huile et Olives de Nice.

Throughout our work, we embrace an approach that respects the land and all living things, guided by the conviction that every action, every gesture, must contribute to preserving our environment and our agricultural landscapes so that they can be passed on to future generations. We chose versatility, a very demanding model but deeply rooted in our values.
Our products: seasonal fruit and vegetable market gardening, extra virgin olive oil, table olives, olive paste, and honey.
Our production sites span the municipalities of La Roquette-sur-Var, Levens, Tourrette-Levens, Saint Blaise, Aspremont, and Ilonse.
We organize guided tours (multilingual) of our various business areas and offer tasting sessions.
