Mathieu and Charlotte are transhumant shepherd-breeders of a herd of Mérinos d'Arles ewes and Rove goats, a hardy breed in need of protection.
Small production of goat cheese in summer, sale of balls of Merino wool, 100% Merino undershirts, socks, hats and mittens made from Merino sheep's wool. Extensive natural breeding, homeopathic and aromatherapy care. Hand-milking. Sale of goat cheeses: fresh, semi-fresh, ripened crottins and faisselles made on site with summer milk. All year round, sale of balls of Merinos wool, undershirts, mittens and socks made from ewe's wool by appointment. Sale of kids and lambs raised under mother's milk and fed mainly on alpine grass.
