The heart of my farm is the bee! As a non-transhumant mountain beekeeper, I work solely with the environment around my hives, orchards of old varieties that provide nectar and pollen for the bees and for fruit production. I make culinary creations (mountain honey, jams, jellies, juices, syrups, gingerbread, nougat...) and cosmetic products (cold-saponified soap, balms...) using products from my beehives and cultivated or wild plants. Products certified Nature&Progrès.
