The grinding is carried out on a grinding mill of granite, which allows our flours to preserve all their nutritional values.

Conditioning: 1 kg, 5 kg, 25 kg
LIMOUSINE BREED BEEF MEAT:
Beef Limousin: 3 year old heifer, 6 month old calf
All meats are vacuum packed and kept for 20 days in a cool place or can be frozen.
LAMB MEAT :
In half carcass or whole box: The cut is traditional with whole leg, chops, necklace and kidney breast, and cutting waste.
The entire carcass is delivered to exactly match the weight delivered by the slaughterhouse. Possibility of grilling cut.
WOOD :
Wood is a natural and abundant resource in our valley. Its management makes it possible to maintain an open environment that values the pastures of animals.
Wood chips wood quality charter shredded forest communes PACA, regular analyzes are made under this charter, the product we offer is P16-M30 type, it is stored dry in our buildings, the delivery takes place either by our agricultural tippers or by our ampirol truck.
