Honey sales at the apiary in downtown Apt.
Beekeeper since 2016, Ulysse Bianco, took over the family business with the ambition of developing the activity into organic beekeeping. His hives are located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park, close to lavender and lavandin fields. To produce heather, chestnut and acacia honeys, some of the hives are moved to the Alpilles, Cévennes or Isère regions.
The farm also harvests propolis and pollen, which are sold on site at the apiary. The farm also produces delicious gingerbread!
